Acceptance

These Terms govern access to and use of the The Harborview Herald job board. By using the board, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

The board lets you search openings, review employers, and submit applications using recruitlayer technology.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the board, and information you provide must be accurate, truthful, and your own.

When you submit an application, you authorize its storage, processing, and transmission to the Participating Employer for recruiting purposes.

Do not use the board unlawfully, fraudulently, harmfully, through abusive automation, or to interfere with the service or another person’s rights.

Employers are responsible for listings, hiring decisions, and communications. We do not guarantee a role, interview, or outcome.

The platform, design, and owned content are protected. You retain rights in submitted materials and grant the permissions needed to process them.

The board is provided as available and without warranties that applicable law permits us to exclude.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect damages, lost opportunities, or conduct of employers or third-party services.

You agree to address claims caused by unlawful use, breach of these Terms, or materials you had no right to provide.

We may limit or terminate access to protect users, comply with law, or respond to violations.

Applicable law and forum depend on the board operator and mandatory rules in your jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms by publishing a new version and effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance where law permits.
