Lionshead’s Snow Bunny Boutique adds locations

Less than a year after Stacey Bruck opened Snow Bunny Boutique in Lionshead, the store owner and designer already has another location in Beaver Creek, has done pop-ups in Aspen during the winter and will open a Breckenridge location in the coming months. She also started the Snow Bunny Vodka brand. Not bad for a busy mom who lives in Austin, Texas with her husband and three school-aged boys.

“I wanted to see what Beaver Creek would be like and if we wanted to expand to this village and they had this pop-up space where Malibu Ski Club had been during the winter, so we’re trying it out for the summer,” Bruck said. “Everybody seems to really love it and say ‘Oh, this is just what we need here.’ I think people like to see the younger, fun brand and the brighter colors and it’s just something different. I feel like my brand definitely stands out among the other brands in different ski towns. Everybody loves the name. They love the logo.”

You’ll find the signature Snow Bunny logo on much of the clothing in the store. This summer she has shorts, tank tops, muscle tees, off-the-shoulder tops and sweatshirts.

“Sometimes people come in and say, ‘I forgot to pack my sweatshirt’ and it gets cold in the morning and at night, so this is a perfect way to remember your trip and also stay warm,” Bruck said.

One of the sweatshirts almost has a sweater look to its style. The Snow Bunny logo, which is rabbit ears and a pair of ski goggles, is done in chenille embroidery and has a rich look to it.

“And feel inside this fabric. I choose all of my fabrics and this fabric is so soft and it’s amazing quality,” Bruck said. “We also have sweatshirts with what is called an embossed logo and this fabric is called scuba material; its super soft as well.”

Bruck also showed off a few of her ponchos that work year round, especially at night here in the Vail Valley.

“I have faux fur and real fur ponchos and I also have down-filled ponchos in beige, pink, white and black. These would be great at the Ford Amphitheater in Vail for an evening concert.” Bruck said.

Bruck comes up with the ideas for the styles she wants to showcase and then works with multiple people to bring these styles to life.

“I’ve got a guy who does all of my leather, so we have these laser cut skirts in black, cream and green with a matching vest,” she said. She has cropped puffer vests for women and girls with matching hats.

“So the kids like to come in here and say, ‘Oh, my gosh, I love this store’ and is just makes my heart sing to hear that. They come in, they dance around the store and want their photo taken on the pink couch in front of the Snow Bunny logo. They just want to hang out, and I give out free stickers, and so they love that.”

Bruck has a lot of accessories, too, like luggage tags, bag charms, purses, Yeti mugs, cashmere scarves, jewelry, ball caps, mommy and me pajamas and little outfits for your dog.

If vodka is your spirit of choice, try the new Snow Bunny Vodka, which recently won a silver medal for Top Shelf Vodka at the 2026 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. 

“It is made here in the States, but we import the water from the Austrian Alps. It’s gluten-free and kosher. We actually have it blessed it by a rabbi. We work with a master distiller whose lineage comes from the Jagermeister family, so he’s Austrian and so is my husband, so they love speaking German together and that’s how we ended up importing water from the Austrian Alps. We get the water from Ischgl,” Bruck said. “It’s really a smooth tasting sipping vodka. Put it over a block of ice and just sip on it. It’s super clean. It’s wonderful in a martini.”

The Snow Bunny vodka is sold at several liquor stores throughout the valley and they do tastings at the store, too.
